Shipping & Return Policies & Instructions


We ship within 3 business days of payment via UPS unless otherwise requested.

We offer white-glove delivery and installation services for an additional fee.   Please contact us between 10:00 am – 6:00 pm MST Monday through Saturday on (970) 927 9668 or email art@korologosgallery.com with your name, shipping address and contact telephone number and we’ll send you a shipping quote.

We invite local residents to pick up at the gallery in historic downtown Basalt, or take advantage of our free delivery from Aspen to Glenwood Springs. 

Artwork is insured by Ann Korologos Gallery until the work arrives at its destination. When your shipment arrives, IMMEDIATELY inspect the work for any damage that may have been caused in shipping. Failure to do so waives insurance coverage.  

What do if the Artwork arrives damaged:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the damage on (970) 927 9668 or email art@korologosgallery.com with your order number, name and a contact phone number.

Once we have all the info and your documentation, we will contact you to let you know the next steps.


Should this art be deemed unsuitable for your space or fails to delight, you have seven (7) days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return the work for a refund.  ***Do not ship the artwork before you contact us:  you must contact us first***

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, packaging and insurance.  (Some exceptions may apply.)

Please note that any return must be shipped back to the gallery in its original condition. We recommend insuring the full value of the work when return shipping.

We also require all returned artwork be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within seven (7) days of receipt or your do not ship the work within three (3) days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.  (Some exceptions may apply.  Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.)

Return Instructions

  1. Within seven (7) days of the date your artwork is delivered, please call us on (970) 927 9668  between 10:00 am – 6:00 pm MST Monday through Saturday or contact us via email art@korologosgallery.com to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.
  2. Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials.  If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely.
  3. Art must be shipped through a trackable carrier, we prefer UPS or FedEx and recommend insuring for the full value. Ann Korologos Gallery is not liable for any damage to returned works.
  4. Email the tracking number of the return shipment to art@korologosgallery.com

Once the artwork safely reaches us, we will issue a full refund (minus the outbound shipping cost) within 4 business days of receiving the artwork.
